Breathing techniques to help control anxiety, panic and stress

THE PRIMEVAL AIR-BAG

WE KNOW WHAT AN AIRBAG IS IN A CAR. When an emergency happens, the bag instantly inflates to protect us from injuries. Imagine that our survival mechanisms work in the same way. That is wonderful. It is how we managed to avoid poisonous snakes in our history. However, if the airbag in our car inflated every time we hit the brake then we would be prevented from driving normally or safely.

Our survival systems have become too much like that overactive bag. If, when we go to the supermarket, we react in the same way as if we were being chased by a tiger, then it is because our protection system has fired inappropriately. We need to fix it. The following will show you how to do just that.

Breathing techniques are fully described in "How to Beat Anxiety, Panic, Phobias and Stress" by John Smale along with many other methods to control and beat anxiety, panic, anger and stress.
