I've been there!

About twenty years ago I suffered from panic attacks. My anxiety levels were at an all time high. I sought help but there seemed to be nothing that worked.

So I searched for an answer and found it. The use of relaxation techniques, breathing and posture changes helped tremendously.

As result I trained as a therapist and learned what was at the root of the panic response. With the use of those techniques I have been able to help thousands of people over the last 15 years.
